Overview

Strata CIX100 is a sophisticated, feature-rich communication system that is designed for organisations that require a practical, scalable and easy-to-use communication platform.

A compact and intelligent system, Strata CIX100 is suitable for both small to medium-sized businesses or branch offices that need up to 72 extensions and up to 64 exchange lines. Available as a wall mounted solutions, Strata CIX100 is highly flexible and provides you with a communication solution that will meet your needs today, whilst allowing your business to grow as required in the future.

Strata CIX100 can be configured for traditional digital end-points, or as a hybrid or pure IP solutions. Whilst providing maximum flexibility, the Strata CIX100 also provides the whole range of features and extended functionality offered by the entire Strata CIX range.

Customers can select from a range of optional features including voice messaging, remote working and contact centre functionality.

Desktop Solutions

Our Strata CIX communication platforms are complemented by a portfolio of elegant and classically styled IP and digital featurephones and operator positions. Easy-to-use, they require minimal user training and are robust and reliable to ensure maximum business continuity.

Within our portfolio we have a wide choice of featurephones to meet your specific requirements, including a low-cost entry-level digital option, through to the most sophisticated large display IP featurephone. You can therefore select the most appropriate featurephones for the individual requirements of your users, increasing office efficiency in a variety of ways.

Our featurephones provide fixed buttons for message retrieval, redial, conference, transfer, hold and volume control, as well as microphone and speaker. In addition to the 800 system speed dials provided by Strata CIX, our featurephones also offer 100 personal speed dials, and a common feature set to ensure that your users have the functionality they need, regardless of their location. User productivity features include easy identification of who is on the phone or available through red/green Busy Lamp Field (BLF) indication, on-screen directory dialling, and flexible one-touch keys for regularly used functions.

Investment Protection

Our Strata CIX communication platforms are designed with built-in scalability and an upgrade path, protecting your investment in Toshiba. Their flexible building block design ensures new technology can be introduced and system features can be upgraded easily and inexpensively when you need them. Strata CIX is compatible with existing legacy Toshiba telephone systems, so if you want to upgrade your current Toshiba system, many handsets, cards and applications can be easily transferred. With the flexibility of the Strata CIX family, it is easy and cost-effective to implement IP telephony, or a larger solution when your business needs it.
